iDial is a new service offered by agdealer.com which allows users to place free phone calls to participating dealers featured on agdealer.com

Is iDial easy to use?
Yes, iDial is designed specifically to be user-friendly. The whole process can be completed in less than 3 minutes.

Does it cost me anything to place a call using iDial ?
No, iDial is absolutely free to the user. It is similar to placing a collect call, in that the participating dealer accepts the charges. Note: iDial can only be used to contact dealers who have subscribed to the service.

How do I know if a Dealer offers the iDial service?
Look for the iDial icon:
It will be present beside both the contact and listing information of participating dealers.

How do I use iDial?
To initiate a call, click on the iDial icon. Enter your phone number in the supplied field and click “Call”. The service will call the dealer. When the call is accepted your phone will ring. Answer the call to complete the connection.

Can I use iDial with Dial-up internet?
Yes, but if you share your internet and phone line it will be necessary to disconnect from the internet before you can receive the call. iDial has created a Delay feature specifically for this purpose. Initiate the call as per above, but before clicking “Call” select a delay time out of the delay time out of the Delay drop down menu. Once you have selected a delay, click call and disconnect from the internet.
